Every secret IGTAP hides
IGTAP: an Incremental Game That's Also a Platformer looks like a straightforward loop of recording routes, breeding clones, and generating watts. Underneath that loop, however, Pepper Tango Games layered a surprising amount of hidden content. The Steam achievement list confirms several of these secrets outright: there are secret upgrades to find, a facility you can escape, and even an ominous message buried inside the Vman speedrun.
Community creators have catalogued much of this material. Videos like defaultt67's "IGTAP: all secrets" and MaybeNotHex's "IGTAP Tutorial: Every Hidden Upgrade/Easter Egg" walk through the extras players have discovered, and the unlock rates on Steam show that while the first secret is easy to stumble into, completing every hidden objective is something only a tiny fraction of players ever do.

Secret upgrades
The most accessible secret is the first hidden upgrade. Finding any one of them unlocks Not all those who wander are lost, and an impressive 92.1% of Steam players have done so, which tells you the game practically guides curious players toward at least one secret pickup.
Collecting every single one is another matter entirely. Definitely not lost is awarded for finding all secret upgrades, and only 1.1% of players have it. Player comments on the free web build describe hidden bonus upgrades scattered across the map, including at least one perched high on the far right of a course that demands precise movement tech to reach.

Escaping the facility
Almost all of IGTAP takes place inside a dark industrial facility of courses, kiosks, and clone machinery. But the achievement The greatest adventure is what lies ahead — earned by only 5.4% of players — proves there is a way out. Escaping the facility drops you into a completely different environment.
Official Steam screenshots show what lies beyond the walls: a dark, overgrown garden choked with vines, a stark contrast to the metal and neon interiors you have been optimizing up to that point. It is one of the few purely atmospheric rewards in the game, and it hints that the facility's story is bigger than the incremental loop suggests.

The bonus area and the secret level
Beyond the garden, community videos point to at least one extra challenge level that players call a secret or bonus level. RJPlaysGame's "IGTAP Level 5 (Secret Level) - 28.1 seconds", jake the dog's "IGTAP HOW TO DO THE SECRET LEVEL", and Joel's Videos' "IGTAP bonus lvl" all document attempts at this content, and it does not appear in any normal progression list.
Developer comments on the free web build add useful context: in that demo, the fifth course was effectively locked because the block polarity swap was unavailable, with the developer confirming that course 5 "is not really part of the demo". How much of that gated content became the secret level in the full Steam release is not officially documented, so treat community descriptions as reports rather than confirmed facts.

The B-Side
The deepest end of IGTAP's hidden content is what the community calls the B-Side. Videos such as Polm Games' "I Beat the INSANE B-Side Demo in IGTAP!" describe it as a newly released, brutally difficult precision-platforming addition, and MaybeNotHex has published "A Comprehensive Guide To IGTAPs B-Side".
Its official status and the exact way to enter it are unconfirmed. Nothing on the Steam store page formally describes a B-Side mode, so everything known about it comes from player videos and posts. The B-Side page in this section summarizes that community reporting and flags clearly what remains unverified.
The ominous message
One secret is so obscure that only 0.5% of Steam players have seen it. Quam Formidolosum — Latin-flavoured for "how frightening" — is unlocked by viewing an ominous message hidden within the Vman speedrun, the sequence tied to the five Vman course achievements.
Because the Vman courses are late-game content in their own right, this is effectively a secret stacked on top of a challenge. Players chasing every achievement should expect to spend time in the Vman speedrun specifically watching for something out of place, rather than simply completing the courses quickly.
Where to go next
If you want to hunt everything yourself, a sensible order is: grab your first secret upgrade early (it is common for a reason), keep an eye out for the remaining hidden bonuses as your movement abilities improve, escape the facility once you have the traversal tools for the garden, and only then pursue the bonus level, the B-Side, and the Vman speedrun message.
